Jennifer has been passionate about pet grooming for as long as she can remember, inspired by a family member in the industry. She officially began her grooming career in 2020, starting as a pet bather after jumping at the opportunity to get her foot in the door. From 2021 to 2024, she honed her skills as a mobile groomer before joining Silverdale Grooming Company.
As an AKC S.A.F.E. Certified stylist and Pet Tech CPR & First Aid Certified professional, Jennifer prioritizes safety and comfort in every groom. She specializes in "personality trims"—custom styles that highlight a pet’s unique features or a client’s specific vision. With extensive experience working with special needs, elderly, and cranky pets, Jennifer takes pride in creating a stress-free, trust-based grooming experience through positive reinforcement and open communication with pet parents.
One of Jen’s favorite grooming memories is of a poodle named Emmet, who would eagerly wait at the front window for her arrival and greet her with excited kisses. She also finds joy in helping pets overcome their fear of nail trims, building confidence and trust over time. She’s eager to expand her skills in creative grooming and enjoys sharing tips with clients to help their pets develop positive associations with the grooming process.
At home, Jen dotes on her grumpy old lady Chihuahua, Amber. When she’s not pampering pets, she loves spending time with her grandbabies (seven, soon to be eight!) and embracing spontaneous adventures. As a dedicated mom of three and proud grandma, her caring nature extends beyond the grooming table, ensuring every pet she works with receives extra care and attention when needed.

Kueryn, Celebrity Stylist
Kueryn’s journey as a pet stylist began with her deep love for animals and a desire to make a meaningful impact in their lives. She started grooming cats in 2021 and expanded her skills to grooming dogs in 2022, finding joy in working with pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments.
With a background as an Animal Care Technician at Kitsap Humane Society, Kueryn brings a wealth of experience in handling nervous and sensitive pets. She is AKC S.A.F.E. Certified and Pet Tech CPR & First Aid Certified, ensuring that every furry client is in skilled and compassionate hands. Specializing in feline grooming, she also has a soft spot for Shih Tzus, one of her favorite breeds to style.
Kueryn takes pride in reading a pet’s body language and using her own to build trust, creating a safe and comfortable grooming experience. She finds working with animals to be a healing and rewarding experience, cherishing moments like when a once-nervous pet finally feels at ease in her care. One of her favorite grooming memories is when “N,” a fearful Shih Tzu, finally relaxed enough to fall asleep during a haircut—a testament to the patience and trust Kueryn fosters with every pet she grooms.
Beyond the salon, Kueryn enjoys spending time in nature, camping, singing, and unwinding with a good movie. As a mom of three and a devoted pet parent to her calico cat, Lightning, and orange tabby, Scooby, she understands that life gets busy. That’s why she approaches every groom without judgment—only a dedication to helping pets look and feel their best.
Her advice to pet owners? Learn to brush all the way to the skin! And most importantly, she wants clients to know that she views their pets as family, treating them with the same love and care as she would her own.
