Keeping the spotlight on your pet’s red-carpet treatment

At Silverdale Grooming Company, every appointment is a starring role. We set aside that time exclusively for your pet to receive one-on-one, VIP care from start to finish. Because each appointment is reserved just for them, we aren’t able to fill those time slots on short notice when a cancellation or reschedule happens last-minute. This policy also ensures our talented team members are compensated for the time they’ve set aside for your pet’s appointment.

To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure every pet gets their moment to shine, we’ve implemented the following policy:

⏰ 48-Hour Notice Required
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment.

💳 Late Change & No-Show Fees
If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice, the card on file will be charged a flat fee based on your pet’s size:

Extra Small / Small: $35
Medium: $45
Large / Extra Large / Giant: $75


If we’re able to fill your pet’s time slot with another booking, no fee will be charged—consider it a standing ovation for good timing.

🔁 Rebooking
Any outstanding fees must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

🚫 Repeated No-Shows
Clients with two (2) no-shows or late cancellations may be removed from our active client list—every star deserves a reliable spotlight, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the show running smoothly.
